This
hanger is specialized to hang and convey DN1000~DN2600 cast iron
pipes casted from hot mold.
Main
function introduced as bellow:

Conveying pipes right after casting to annealing furnace as
soon as possible

As
temperature of pipes is still 700¡æ~800¡æ
right after
casting out and pipes is easy to be deformed, it is imperative
to make pipes rotate itself along with its¡¯ length axle during
hanging and conveying
Main
purposes are:

In
order to reduce cost of production, calorific value remained in
pipes after casting has to be re-utilized, thus time of heating
in annealing process will be shortened a lot and utilization of
fuel will be improved greatly.

Pipes
pulled from centrifugal casting machine should be moved to next
process sooner in order to improve working efficiency of
centrifugal casting machine.
