Anneal furnace with trolley is used to anneal large size cast iron pipes from DN1400~DN2600. Comparing with simple horizontal lying trolley furnace, advantages will be high ratio of fuel utilization, less deformation of large size pipe after annealing and so  on since pipes will rotate driven by rotating system. The good quality of anneal will be achieved. Cost of constructing annealing furnace with trolley is just one-third of that of simple lying annealing furnace. And the ratio of fuel utilization can reach to a high level when using annealing furnace with trolley.

Annealing furnace with trolley consist of:

• Body of furnace: consisting of steel structure and anti-heated material.

• Combustion system: 8~16 burners can be installed on two internal side walls. Kinds of fuel will depend on user’s choice.

• Assisting combustion system: assisting combustion air will be pre-heated up to 240℃～450℃ by heat exchanger installed in exhausting system before reaching to burners for more effective burning.

• Cooling system: cooling pipes quickly and effectively after temperature keeping section through cooling air generated from air fan mounted on furnace.

• Exhausting system: consisting of air drawing fan, heat exchanger, adjusting valve of smoke-flow temperature, pipes for smoke-flow and so on.

• Trolley: consisting of body of trolley, walking system and self-rotating system of pipes.
