DN80~DN1000 horizontal continuous anneal treatment furnace, in which
it is divided into heating, keeping temperature, quick cooling,slow
cooling and rear cooling technological sections, consists regularly
of:

Pipe conveying system inside furnace

Exhausting system (including heat exchanger)
Definition of furnace length, which is mainly classified into
26m,36m and 46m, depends on what productivity and rhythm user
wants. Inside furnace, pipes pushed by paws mounted on chain will
self-rotate under friction force between anti-heated rail and pipes,
so circularity of pipes can be guaranteed when pipes are heated up
to about 930℃. Thanks to smoke flow
exhausted from chimney constructed under furnace, the heat
efficiency of furnace is extremely high as quantity of heat is
forced to commulate on pipes. The mechanical performance of cast
iron pipes will be improved since ferrite will be the main base in
microstructure of pipes. The quality of pipes after annealing with
this furnace will conform with ISO2531:1998(E).
