Centrifugal mortar lining Machine consists of mortar stiring, mortar spreading, centrifugal rotating, water pouring out,  step-by-step pipe conveying systems and so on. And corresponding processes will be carried out as machine¨s working.

 Totally 5 types of machine will be proper to coat mortar on internal wall of pipes, that are of DN100~300, DN400~700, DN700~1000, DN1000~1600 and DN1800~DN2600. Depending on quantity and production scale, centrifugal mortar lining machine may also be classified into types of single working site, double working sites, three working sites and five working sites. Pipes are conveyed among working sites by step-by-step carrier. The quality of mortar coating conforms with the standards of ISO4179, ISO6600 and ISO2531.
